Well, lets get started

Porlania will wait to see the International Consensus about a possible Invasoin of Papcy IV.

Celtayoshi declares neutrallity for the time being, in a statement the Premier announced that although Celtayoshi would be neutral for the time being it did find the reasons for war with Papcy IV quite clear, and considered Papcy IV intentions... worrying.

Starblaydia will join, as promised, but only if Papacy IV remains in existence and turns up.

We are not invading now, we want to acquire more infantry

Porlania will send Troops.

We fully support this invasion. We will be sending a carrier group to the region shortly. That way we will be able to attack them if we have to.

Feazanthia shall send the Third Fleet. Stats will be posted soon.

Perhaps a more tempered approach is needed. We within the government of Nova Hope would like to see this war mongering nation stopped from injuring anyone however a war on them will merely make them more firm in their resolve and cause the deaths of many innocents, which as we understand it is the primary reason milatary action was considered.

We propose to instead blockade the country and enforce a no fly zone over it. Any entry into or out of the country would be subject to a democratic vote by the coalition. What say you all to this?

Also we are dispatching 1 carrier 2 AEGIS cruisers a battle ship and an unconfirmed number of subs to the theatre. There purpose will be announced after we delibrate.

NEWSFLASH! PORLANIA INVADES PAPACY IV

Reports are coming in that Porlanian Special Forces have Taken the International Airport of the Papacy IV Capital. More Soon.

Each submarine carries 10 Trident II missiles. A trident missile carries 5 warheads.

The 1st and 5th Marine Expeditionary Units are with the ships. These 2 divisions have a total force of 4,600 including support personnel.

The Liberation Circle is unsure who the Opressers are in this conflict, and so we have decided to play on the safe side by supplying both sides with ammunition, medical supplies, and a few of our most elite terror soldiers to train some of each sides men in the art of geurilla warfare and terror tactics(but only if both sides wish it)

We are still to weak to aid in any compat openly, but we will do our best to liberate the Opressed wherever they are, however we can.

Our marines are already trained in guerilla warfare.

May we remind the newly forming millatry coalition that this is a representative government and as such this action 'may not' be morally justified.

It appears that people in the Airport are reporting Gunfire between the few Security Guards and Porlanian troops, though many Security Guards have surrendered to the Porlanians.

There was a unanimous vote in both houses of Parliament to place economic sanctions and arms embargos on Papacy IV. Food and medical supplies are still able to be shipped, but that is all.

"Sir, we just got word. The President wants us to Commence Operation Blood Rain."
"Brilliant. My 300 Men are ready to go, I'll inform them in a Second."

In the Hangar:
"Boeing 747. Never thought that we would use this for an Invasion! Is everyone on the Plane?"
"Yessir!"

The Boeing is dragged out of the Hangar, and starts the runup. It flies out into the Open air with 300 Spec Ops on it.

Papacy IV Air Control Room:

"We've just got a 747 from Porlania on the Radar. Didn't they ground all flights to us?"
"They announced that they would continue flights Half an Hour ago, though."
"Very well, let em' continue."

Papacy International Airport:

The Flight lands, and as the Luggage cart comes, Porlanian Troops step off the Plane, and one fires their gun into the Air.
"ALRIGHT! EVERYONE ON THE FLOOR!"

Security forces appear, and fire shots from their Pistols but fail to make muck impression on the Heavy Kevlar armour, and against Assult Rifle fire, they soon either Surrender, or are shot.

"Sir, we have taken control of the entire Airport!"
"Very good! Casualties?"
"Six dead and Twelve injured Sir!"
"How many people are in the Building?"
"Over a Thousand, but that's just a Guess. We have a lot of Civillians in the Fireing line, Sir!"
"Get them out of harms way! I want Reinforcements coming into this place by 72 Hours!"
"Yessir!"

one of them was the man he was talking to now, his second-in-command, High Silver. the other one was his Bodyguard, Goldshield, who was now entering the room. It was best not to think about the third person who knew who he really was. He had ordered her killed, but she still eluded his agents.

The Monitor went blank, and High Gold turned round to face his bodyguard.
"This is but the firts of many such operations the Circle will soon have to undertake. If we are to truly liberate the world from its many dictators and corrupt governments, we are going to need a lot more resources and way more allies. This should convince the world we are serious."

High Gold sighed, and wondered why he bothered to tell his Bodyguard this.

Starblaydia's poublic opinion beleives that these released nuclear warheads should be allowed to run free in their own environment, frolicing in the lush forests of Papacy IV, away from the threat of any predators higher up the food chain.

As such we will place a radio-tracking device on each one, and keep park rangers around to stave off poachers.

Oh really? Well my new tank (which is by the way invlunerable because it has special armour that repels dangerous-stuff) and has a gun that can kill anything and drill holes through mountains has flown into your country with it's rocket boosters (which have unlimited fuel) and killed all your citizens without them even noticing because its an invisible stealth tank.
