Doujin implemented a system today allowing citizens to elect it's own local and provincial governments, and elect the Staff Members of the Emperor. A law was drafted up to the extent that after Emperor Miller dies (he is currently 29, youngest person to ever reach Admiral) an elected official will take his place. A Sicrat (Congress) will be formed by voters, allowing the peoples to have a say in what laws they want and do not want. However, all laws passed through the Sicrat must be passed by a large majority vote, or they will not take place unless put in place by the Emperor.

Empire of Doujin - Foreign Affairs Ministry

Feazanthia commends the Doujin Empire on giving its citizens more political freedoms and civil rights. However, the government would like to know once again how much control the new Empire has over the industries of Doujin, especially the Doujinshi Corporation.
