In a spur of the moment move, Emperor Miller decided to make formal contacts with the Phyrrcian(I believe I spelled this totally off) and Allanean governments. Both and other nations involved in the massive warmongering UnAPS war against Allanea will be receiving Doujin diplomats as soon as their government approves of such actions. Doujin officially condemns UnAPS war against Allanea, and their expanding war against Phyrric as warmongering and Imperialistic.
