The Oppressed Peoples of Tarris now declared to separate themselves away from United Socialist States of Tarris. Our spiritual leaders always hunted down by their secret agent just because of "terrorism issue". but that's not true. they just don't want to let us gain our freedom.

So now, as the behalf of the Tarrisian Islamic Liberation Forces, me, myself, Cleric Moqtada Al Qadafi, declared war on Tarrisian government and their allies !! We want education for our children too, not only for their Tarrisian motherland citizens. It's unfair. We're treated like animals by them.

Greetings Cleric Al Qadafi.
I have been asked by certain people to make the following inquiries to clarify your position:
1. Apart from religious persecution and denial of education, how have the Tarrisian authorities treated you "like animals"?
2. Have you attempted to solve this diplomatically, e.g. calling in a nuetral nation to mediate?
3. Have the Tarrisians singled out your people in particular, or is this a general persecution?

I assume you can produce evidence to confirm your claims.

- People here are suddenly get caught by the Tarrisian Red Guards, and convicted as 'member of prohibited extremist movements', and they never came back. The Tarshkov authority just said that they'll be reeducated. And look at Tarrisian political freedom, they're outlawed, our politicians aren't allowed to speak and entitled their own opinions. mosques are usually burned down because suspected as militant's hiding places. they only give the best for their own, not for their southern federal states like us.

2. Have you attempted to solve this diplomatically, e.g. calling in a nuetral nation to mediate?
- We're pushed to the core by the authoritarian.

We have examined Tarras, and acknowledge that they have outlawed political freedoms and that the civil rights situation in that nation leaves much to be desired.

However, you did not answer the third of our inquiries;
3. Have the Tarrisians singled out your people in particular, or is this a general persecution?
Although you did say that they do not care for "their southern federal states", we are still uncertain as to the particulars; is this persecution limited to your religion and/or ethnic group, or is it applied generally to the entirety of your area's population?

I have also been asked to find out if you can produce concrete evidence of your claims.
