On a remote airforce base.

Commander Tim Andersson was sitting in his office when suddenly a man
steps in and says.

- Are you Commander Andersson?

- Yes i am, what can i do for you?

- You must commence a full scale bombing run over Huzen Hagen!

- Who are you, and who gave you those orders?

- A wolf in a sheep skin (a bad thing)

- ok?

Andersson called the president.

- Is this the President?

- Yes it is.

- HAve you ordered the attack on Huzen Hagen?

- No! But a higher cause has.

The President excused Andersson and hung up. Andersson went out to the hangars
and ordered his men to a briefing.

- Good evening, to night is the night of the nights. We
have orders from a greater nation. It's our greatest mission.
We will attack the fortress of evil. We are bombing Huzen Hagen to clear the way for a
future invasion. This is the way to do it.
We'll wait until tomorrow night. We'll take off at 2300 AM and we'll arrive at 0100 AM.
We'll use our B2 Stealth Bombers. They are hard to detect but they aren't invincible.
When we arrive we'll attack all military targets we'll find. Then attack the rest of their
capital. Try to hit the leaders palace/house/castle/farm. If we kill them it's a succsess.
Many of you will perish. And many of you will be shot down and left to die.

- Ok, let's warm up and run the 20 Mile jogging run.

TOMORROW NIGHT: The night of the nights.

The pilots manned their planes..
Andersson went to all of them and said.
- Use the self Destruction button if something goes wrong. And remember
you leave as pilots, but you'll return as heroes.

They took off.

10 Hours later.
They arrived, they sighted Huzen Hagen. But it was so dark so they must use
radar to see.
They flied towards the capital,
Which was very quite.

Secret IC: In the Austar Union, at the Federal Intelligence Agency, workers were tracking the attack as it was happening. They had intelligence beforehand that this was going to occur, and hopefully, the Swedish mission would be successful.

Huzen Hagen was an enemy of the Austar Union, and would support a war against them HANSOMLEY....

Swedish Dominions, do not continue with this bombing raid without justification. Give reasons for your actions or do not take them at all, or you will simply appear another terrorist nation trying to strong-arm people who refuse to do your will.

Huzen Hagen, if this attack goes ahead and you require any assistance, we will provide you with support in both repairing the damage and any action you wish to take...

The HMS Rougebuck (Royal Stevid Navy Frigate), has arrived at HH to provide anti- Air defence, also the 8th fleet (49 ships) is on hot stand by.

"sir! they've commenced a bombing run!"

"take those birds down and i want all our long range bombers armed and ready to go. Emperor wants us to annex whoever tried this and authorise AA's planes"

Patriot batteries all along the coast were targeted to intercept the bombers. They opened up, in all 16 missiles were fired at each bomber. F-22's and Eurofighter Typhoons were scrambled incase they were needed.

After they dropped the bombs the lead-bomber were shot down...
One after one were shot down.

The last one tried to retreat but he knew that it was impossible.

The HMS Rougebuck moved into position.

"Sir B-2's inbound with escort fighters!..... The fighters are breaking off.... Their headed this way!

"Good God!! Arm the Lnyx Helicoppter and get her airbourne!! Arm the SAM's and Anti- Air VLS systems! Send a message the HH and the Admiralty informing them of our situation!"

The B2 Bomber that retreated saw the HMS Rougebuck.

- I'm gonna bomb the sucker...

He dropped the last 1 000 KG of bombs left.
Then he was shot down by a SAM from HH.
He died with a laugh.

The night was shaken by explosions, 1000 people have died.

The military has been on high alert for a while. Several Carrier and battlegroups are now on route to Swedish Dominions, a state of war has been declared. You will pay for this attack

Life boat teams picked up the surviving crew, and got them to dry land where they were dried and fed

At Gillen Naval Base, 2 Nimitz Class Carriers slowly moved out into the main channel for the open sea. Ahead their escorts were already forming up an ASW perimeter.

40 Miles to the East were 2 Cassandra Class Carriers and 1 Yetakinburg (sp) Class Carrier with escorts that they were to join up with.

On the fleets proposed route, hastily drawn up in the Naval Buildings in J City, Los Angeles Class 688 Class Submarines began to diverge, searching the area infront of the fleet.

The Admiralty regard the lose of the HMS Rougebuck as a heavy loss.
We will not tolerate such a loss of life 12/348 crew survive the initial bombing run.

Both the eighth and ninth fleet will go with HH naval forces for revenge (98 ships in all [49 in each fleet]).

The Rougebuck was attacked first... clearly a hostile act. That should be all the justification I need.

I admit that this is a work of the Royal Air Force. But I didn't order it. If this leads to war, then i'm resigning. If HH attacks us without clear evidence that it was an offical order from the government of the Swedish Dominions. I will see that as a first strike, then i'm gonna use Nuclear Force against any agressor."

The President stepped down from the podium and walked away.

"Tom, our official position is a joint exercise between the two fleets however i want you to leak out to a couple of press contacts that we are there to stop HH getting too powerful etc."

"Yes Sir, I assume International press angencies the news should get to the HH government to back off from military action and try and negotiate to find out what happened."

OOC: One of our fleets is not there to intercept, it is there to act as a barrier to stop and rash actions between you lot! However attack it and you will be shot back at. Also what type of vessel is the HMS Kingsley, if its a surface ship it would very likely be spotted and overflown. If a submarine i will make a contact, but do little else.

On Board IHS Ocean, an Individual Class Carrier. (Formerly known as a bisonic Yekaterinburg Class)

Admiral Bates sat in his stateroom below the flight deck. Above he could hear the roar of planes as another flight of F-14D Tomcats took off for the BARCAP mission.
From his porthole view he could see the Ticonderoga cruiser Steele 2000 yards away, with his binoculars he could make out the white flags on the SM-2 Missiles sitting on the launchers.
Past Steele he could see two of the armoury ships that were accompaning the group, loaded to the brim with missiles, bombs and ammunition that would be needed if the ships went to war.
Further out he could jsut make out the sillouttes of the destroyer Clancy and the carrier Cassandra, planes taking off from her decks into the sinking sun.

The Group was currently sailing towards SD, in an attempt to dissuade hostile actions against it.
They were still within land based P-3 coverage and two of the aircraft had been dropping sonar bouys behind the group to attempt to find any submarines that may be trailing them.
If they were they would be in for a surprise. IHS Raider, a Los Angeles Class 688 SSN was waiting silenty behind the carriers to surprise anybody that was following them. Her towed sonar array giving coverage of the area behind the group she would be undetectable in her stopped position.

Nuclear attacks will get you nowhere, we have enough defences to combat most threats (and your nuclear strength is pretty godmoddish) and if we even think you are going to use nuclear weaponbs your country will become a radioactive creater. As it stands our forces have arrived just outside SD terrortorial waters and have commenced patrolls, we have no immedaite plans for an attack

IC: Although the USSCF has not been particularly active in earth based politics lately, let it be known that we fully support Huzen Hagen against this insidious attack. If nuclear weapons are used, then things will only be worse for everyone. Please, lets try and keep this a clean war.

OOC2: Unfournately, as the USSCF has next to no navy, we can't really assist you until it this turns into a ground war.

HMS Kinsly is a surface ship. A stealth Corvette. I am not scared whether you make contact with the Kingsly or dropped your ice- cream, the Kingsly is there make a tactical survey of the fleet your are sending; the reports i'm recieving is gold. Although the specs you lead ship are coverd quite well.

But the HMS Kingsly is not a threat to you, and the captian of the Kingsly isn't stupid enough to fire on an entire fleet.

OOC: Damn it! Lost my post! OK, most military bases on red alert, 5th fleet with subs getting ready to leave carring about 1million troops. 2nd fleet will also be going, but i could do with a nation near to SD for my fleets to stop by and wait, and maybe take on more troops later on in the war if needed. Trust me, SD wont get you for letting my troops/fleets into your nation(or whatever) becaus eill stop him, and he wont have excuse if RPed properly!

On board an E2-C Hawkeye orbiting off the port bow of the Cassandra, one of the radar operators was looking at a very small blip that had appeared on his search radar several times. It may have been a periscope so keyed his radio.

“Falcon flight this is Eagle Two-Zero”

“Go ahead Eagle Two Zero” replied the pilot of an F-14D that had just taken off along with two others.

“I have a possible contact at 203 degrees, I am vectoring you in to guard an S-3 we have nearly there over.”

“Roger that, Falcon acknowledges.” With the reply he made sure his two wingmen were with him and turned to 203. Infront of him he could see the S-3 Viking ASW aircraft.

Two minutes later and they were approaching the contact. The Viking was almost level with the fighters now, albeit two thousand feet below them.

The pilot on Falcon lead was vectoring his video camera onto the targets location, showed on his screen as it was cross-linked from the E-2C.

When the picture showed his target he immeadiately keyed his radio.

“Eagle Two Zero, contact is a surface vessel, possible frigate of corvette size, I repeat corvette vessel.”

Onboard the Cassandra and Ocean heads looked up from radar screens. Moments later officers began giving orders. Within a minute the Destroyer IHS Stebbins was heading towards the unidentified ship, whilst the F-14s orbited it.

The F-14s were joined by 3 FA/18 Super Hornets, armed with Harpoon Anti-Ship missiles a few minutes later that had scrambled from the Ocean when the call came in.

“Unidentified ship, this is USIH Military plane Falcon Lead. You are approaching a USIH fleet, turn back now or you will be fired upon over.”
