During The ViZionarian Revolution (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=142381), millions of ViZionarians have been ordered to leave the nation for their own safety until the wars end. They are heading to neighboring allies, but that is not enough. Will you accept them?

Those who are willing to help; your deeds will not soon be forgotten.

The Republic of Rykia accepts up to ten thousand people officially labeled as refugees, and thus is more than willing to serve as a temporary home. However, the extreme oversea distance will more than likely preclude any mass exodus to Rykia, although the option remains open.

Though we haven't the logistical might to support the transportation of a large amount of refugees, we are preparing to send one of our sister Mercy Class hospitol Ships to your aid.
They can tend to wounded civilians at port, as they prepare to depart your nation by way of sea.
They will be under escort of a light contengent of naval craft, consisting of Five Arleigh Burke AEGIS destroyers and Six Crusader Class Escort Frigates, but will not engage any threat, unless it is disposed towards the Taeveaux fleet.
We hope this will allow for less strain on your military and civilian medical staff, allowing for many more people's lives to be saved.
The ship (Redmere) has 956 medical staff on board, each well-trained and ready.

Though our service is small compared to others, we hope this will help.

A massive rumbling shook the normally peaceful community of Florentine. As the local citizens looked to the sky, a line of massive C-130 Transports were proceeding eastward into the clouds. Soldiers from the 798h Team were aboard the cargo planes being transferred to the nearest ViZon Airport. After 7 hours of nonstop flight, the soldiers saw the land of ViZon for the first time. The aircrafts gradually descended onto an airport and landed on the runway.

ic:
Rear Admiral Townsed sat in his quarter alone, deeply reading his book when there was a knock on his door. Startled by the intrusion the Admiral got to his feet and opened the door to find a young ensign standing on the other side.

The ensign jumped to attention when he saw the Admiral. “Sir we’ve just received an urgent message from command” he hand the Admiral the message.

Townsend was surprised to be receiving any type of priority message, they where only about a month and half away from what those in the Navy where calling Judgement Day. The day in which Tappee would permanently cease all Naval operations, and scrape the entire fleet for more favourable spacecraft. He took the message from the ensign, and began to read it.

A sever refugee situation has developed in ViZion, and the Government has decide to take in as many refugees as possible. A number of civilian transports have been commandeered for the evacuation. However, their protection cannot be guaranteed, you are therefore ordered to have the Dauntless and the Ithica rendezvous with the 7th battle group and proceed with the up most haste too ViZion. Deploy military forces to create a safe zone from the Refugees can be safely evacuated. The full scale evacuation should be commenced in about 72 hour. If the need arises you are order to provide protection or support for any other country that is also evacuating refugee. Should your forces be engage by hostile attacks your are authorized to respond with deadly force.

Townsend crumpled up the message, he was both angry and glad at the same time. Glad that Command had finally found a use for them, angry that the Navy last remaining days would be spent babysitting.

“Sir what are your orders” interrupted the ensign.

Townsend began focusing on the task at hand. “Set course to rendezvous with the 7th battle groups, Contact the Ithica have them do the same. Move us to alert status bravo, have the Marines, and fighter air craft prepare for tactical operations”

The Ensign gave the Admiral a quick salute. “Yes Sir”

Three grand Pasteur class hospital ships glided gracefully out of port, their skeleton crews guiding the crafts in the direction of Europe. The massive white ships were mostly empty to leave room for massive amounts of refugees and led a small fleet behind them, mostly privateers and civilian transports. To port and starboard of the tiny fleet sailed lightly armed and armored craft flying various flags, some clearly Bergistian, others of Zilest, and many of Anarcho-Communes. This conglamoration of ships was the manifestation of N.A.U. compassion, the 2nd Mercy Fleet. From the lead Pasteur, the U.B.S. Medicine Man, a signal was sent to ViZion.

"The N.A.U. wishes to extend its deepest sympathies to your dispossed people and will gladly take in several refugees to be dispersed throughout our union of nations. Transportation is enroute. The relocation fleet will hold position off shore until the refugees are gathered for departure. We will take in as many as can be held safely within our crafts."

Emergency Medical care for wounded will also be available on site. When the refugees arrive in Keldoss they will be sent to government camps (of the beneficial variety of course) where they will receive food, water, and any medical care which might be necessary. *2 hours later, The Presidents address to the nation*
"you're on in 5 Mr. President"

5 4 3 2 1...

Good afternoon people of the Dominion. It has come to my attention that 2 Fighters and one helicopter carrying 50 refugees from ViZion was shot down by the rebels that are fighting in ViZion. 2 hours ago congress has passed a declaration of WAR against the rebels in ViZion, The Dominion will stand by while our pilots and other innocent lives are being killed.

Therefore even as we speak, according to the Admirals, 2 more Aircraft Carriers carrying the 8th division, 10th fighter wing, with 50 F-15 each on deck and 20 below deck. A contingincy of 5000 extra ground troops, and 150 tanks have been dispatched and are on their way to ViZion to fight the rebels.

Rest assured Citizens of The Dominion. Justice will be served to those who have commited these crimes.

Thank you.

ViZion is INFEARIATED (sp?) at the rebels attacking refugees. The rebels will pay. It's spelled Infuriated.

ViZion, if you missed my post, I am accepting as many refugees as need be. One of my major cities was abandoned a while back during the Revolution, so there is already a place for a lot of them to rebuild.

The echo of Five Taeveaux Globemster IIIs hailed an end to the serenity of the cool summer
morning as their engines warmed up. The howl of the aircrafts began to calm as they eased down the apron, towards the airstrip.
The first of the aircraft lined up on the end of the runway, both pilots looked at eachother in anticipation, before the control tower ushered them onward.

"Tower to GM-17, you're go for take-off."

".. GM-17, what's your problem?"

"Ah, Tower, this is GM-17, sorry for the hesitation, we're on our way, over."
Stammered the young captain as he powered up the throttle, thrusting the aircraft down the runway. Nearing the end, the plane gracefully eased off the ground, nothing but the golden-blue of the morning sky could be seen through the cockpit windows as the captain guided it to cruising altitude.
Leaving the co-pilot to ponder, GM-17 was to be the lead aircraft of the 20 Globemaster IIIs sent to transport the refugees, which were to be followed later by the slower C-130s.
An earie calm swept over the cockpit as they reached altitude, and both pilots soaked in the quiet, for they knew that at the end of the long flight, sorrowful souls and those leaving their homes, and the life they knew behind would replace it.

The first wave of transport aircraft have taken off, they're to arrive in small packages of 5, so that congestion won't be an issue. Following the 20 Globemaster IIIs, which will carry 2,000 refugees in total, are to be 100 C-130s, which will carry a total of 9,200. Upon arrival, they will be given assylum and care, as though they were our own citizens.
In light of the loss of life due to Rebels, we are willing to step up our envolvment in this crisis. If you accept, we can send a quick-deployment force of 3,000 Taeveaux Militia troops, along with LAV-25s, HMMWVs and M8 Armored Guns to protect refugee rondeavous points and escape routes.
Though we are a small nation, please do not take our offer lightly, we will protect your citizens as though they were our own brothers and sisters.

Official Communiqué
To: ViZion Command
From: Captain Taren Marings, CO, 2nd Mercy Fleet

The relocation fleet is holding position one kilometer off your shores. We will wait to dock until the refugees are brought together, for the safety of both ourselves and your people. We are also interested in any information as to the number who may require medical attention. Thank you.

Regular IC:

The defense ships, most only cutters, formed a circle about the relocation fleet, following the lead of a ship from Zilest. A gunner sat at every turret, other naval officers coming up from lower decks to take in the sight of this distant land. The uniforms were many an various, as the N.A.U. had no one outfit, but rather allowed the official military uniforms of each native country. The Bergistian men were clad in grey; grey military issue pants, white undershirts, and long over coats, which reached just below hip level, of the same drab hue. Upon each shoulder sat a sickle and hammer in red and yellow. The anarchist uniforms from the Communes were black, without symbol or embellishment. Several more, all of different hues, wandered about the upper decks of their ships. And all waited, prepared for whatever happened next.

They will be of use, but we highly suggestion bringing soldiers with them so that they are not targetted for attacks.

IC:
Balduvian farmers are working on replanting Mendeli's old rice farms. Askari architects and Dauthi construction crews are working on repairing the city and clearing any rubble. We have already managed to evac 5,000, and will be able to get a total of 20,000 per trip. We will be able to harbor about 4 million.

OOC: I just took those. It wasn't that hard, just stay calm and try and be confident. Most of the questions are easy.

IC: Inside the USSCF, several convoys, each escorted by a few destroyers and cruisers moved out of the harbor to ViZion. Their mission- collect refugees and return them to the nation. Each of these convoys is a very vulnerable target (due to the fact that only one or two destroyers and a cruiser can escort them...), and it is possible that the rebels might make a strike at a convoy...
