Today, the Brindisi Rebel Organization has begun a massive rebellion in ViZion. Already, within the past two (NS) hours, hundreds of innocent men, women, and children who have resisted or tried to flee the rebels, have been killed.

We appeal to the International Community for aid in this, as they are laying siege to our bases, thus we cannot go on any offensive.

Again, we ask for aid.

It has been brought to my attention that a certain cretin named McClellon has taken steps to usurp the rightful rulers of ViZIon. The Xeraphian Federation currently has a number of naval/air battle groups as well as approx 125,000 armored ground troops in the Mediterranean sector.

I would assume that you would want as little damage to your infrastructure as possible, not to mention the least amount of civilian casualties.

I am prepared to send any and all aid to ViZion as is deemed necessary.

The 6th, 12th, 22nd, and 32nd Carrier Groups, and the 3rd, 4th, 9th, 15th, and 27th Airwings are available. We can airdrop up to 35,000 troops within 12 hours, and another 30,000 in 24-36 hours.

Approx 175 Beowulf and Abrams MBT"s are available, as well as 50 VLS.

All XF personell are on full standby alert.

Please send your forces to the post above... we need it... badly... our forces are pretty much handcuffed... though we just pulled off 2 big victories, one with a big loss included with it though...
