ViZion City, ViZion; A virus, known only by its code-name 00-aX-Vital has broken out. It is spread via liquid (such as blood).

Within the past 24 hours, there has been over 200 reported cases, and 3 have already died. There is a 92% falality rate if you come in contact with the virus.

It was previously contained in only one, secure, underground facility. Only 25 scientists have access to the virus. We are worried that one of them may have taken some, and spread it at a hospital.

And, just hours ago, civic disobedience broke out in Salaso, a suburb of ViZion City. A group of about 100 heavily armed militia began fighting, starting at the Salaso National Mall, a major hangout for youth. From there, they moved across the city. Within an hour, the city was surrounded. We have since subdued the outbreak of these people. They claim to be part of ViZion Renewed, a group so-claiming to want to "free" the people, but truly are terrorists. We are begining a crackdown now to find out where these people came from.

Over 800 innocent civilians were killed, nearly 300 of them under the age of 18.

ViZion will be holding a mass-prayer across ViZion, and a moment of silence, to honor and remember those who were killed.

Three building were set on fire and completely destroyed. Many businesses will not be opening again, as they have been looted, and completed destroyed.

We here in Edenstein are disturbed by the viciousness of this viral outbreak.. and we wish to help in anyway possible. We have already authorized 4 of our mobile MASH Units equiped with our High Contagous units. Also, we have authorised 10 million Ruples in Foreign aid.

The Mash units will be airdroped in country at an airport of your choice, this is a precaution so that there will be no chance of the virus being brought back to Edenstein.

Well as long as it isn't C.A.F. the EOL would like to stay neutral in the situation but implores that the spread of the virus be stopped and if any such is found on EOL territory we shall be forced to intervene as an attack on the EOL. Honestly, I'd love to get involved because it seems really good but it's just too far along for me to play catch up and such so we shall just remain neutral.

Right now, Rebels have taken ViZion City, my capitol... and had in their captivity Chiefy, my president, but when allied forces attacked them outside of the fort, and our soldiers inside put up a fight, he escaped.

Rebels are controlling much of the south, but with lots of fighting, and some of the north, with losts of fighting. No end in sight yet...

I'd best leave a civil war as such. if it is still going on when school is over for me (next week) I shall have the time to read all those pages and maybe get involved.
