Rioki also sends aid to clean up nuclear fallout, although frogs is a terrorist nation I still feel that nukes are a poor alternative. I also compliment frogs on not saying "that's not fair you can't nuke me I'm ignoring you". Very non-newbish of you, well done for such a new nation.
