USSNSR in search of surplus Soviet equipment

The think-tank of USSNSR's arms industry, Lightning Stryke Industries, is in need of surplus Soviet/Russian vehicles ranging from jet aircraft to simple APCs. These vehicles will be used as testbeds for upgrades along with all new systems. With that, we are letting it be known and awaiting any and all offers.

we wish to have 10,000 BMP-3s since we really don't have a good troop carrier
