In light of recent events concerning the country of Nellisland has decided to send one of its finest Ambassador's named Michael Delanie to Muktar to speak with the leader. The plane leaves at seven o'clock tonight and he will arrive at eight o'clock.

Muktar is ready to recieve the ambassador for negociations.

Nellisland's ambassador arrived in Muktar promtly at eight o'clock and is ready to talk.

Why thank Muktar it is an honor to be in your lovly country. However I wish I was here on happyier terms. Sarzonia has imposed a naval blockade on my nation due to my actions in Killjew. (you remember that) The first thing that I propose because you are a strong ally of mine is that we make it offical. The second thing is that we combine all our allies and form a formal alliance so that we don't get pushed around. Nellisland has the following allies that they are inviting to a proposed summit in Muktar or Nellisland. The countries are: Gynica, Recon Marines The deadly viper,
Libericus, The Skyline, The British motherland, Naribia, Kutzicopia, Crazed Marines, Soviet alliance, and United Killerz. None have responded yet but I am sure that they will. I hope to here your response and any allies that you have.

Like I said, it may prove unneccesary. Isselmere is calling off the hounds, and Sarzonia is being relatively nonhostile. This should settle peacefully bey tomorrow.
