Now when a vessel comes to visit the planetary system where Rhetalia resides, they are required to dock with this space station (http://ucsu.colorado.edu/~palmerts/Nationstates/fortress_beta.JPG) This is an image taken of the station that orbits the fifth planet which can be seen in the background.

Due to recent activities regarding a major war effort against a race known as the Cryaelis, Indra Prime has been preoccupied and had not been able to negotiate the selling of tracts of land on the famous pleasure planet Rhetalia. But nations, one and all, fear not. We are back and we are open for business. There are still great many plots of land on all three major continents as well as islands in the oceans that are up for sale. Plot sizes are negotiable as long as your nation is willing to pay the cost of the land. Funds must be verified before conclusion of the sale.

In the festivities of reopening up the planet for sales of plots of land, we are offering the original prices of the tracts of land (before they were raised). So any nation interested in purchasing a plot of land to build commercially or privately, can do so at will. Also as a ground breaking ceremony, we are opening up the fourth planet in the system as an additional recreational planetary park. The planet is being renamed Rhealis. When you are ordering a plot, please specify which planet you are looking at purchasing it on.

For commercial land the cost per acre is 5,000 credits
For private use land the cost per acre is 100,000 credits

Terms of agreement:

Buyer agrees to pay amount in full when order is placed.

Buyer agrees to pay 10% total income of commercial land.

Absolutely NO weapons are permitted on the surface of the planet nor in orbit of the pleasure planet Rhetalia. A spacedock around the fifth planet is there for the stowage of vessels with armaments. A ferry runs from planet to dock multiple times daily. With permission of the local embassy, ships that are verified unarmed may land at personal private ports. Scans will be taken of the vessels entering the system and will be forced out if weapon signatures are found present. Contact Indra Prime if you are planning a recreational gaming site that utilizes NON LETHAL weapons. This is NON negotiable.

Private land is land you can do anything with as long as the land remains in pristine order, so the planet's surface will not be marred.

Commercial land includes anything that can be used by the public. Adult entertainment facilities must be out of sight from the many youthful children on the planet. They must be cleared by the inspection team before opening up for business.


If your nation abides by these rules, then your nation, like all the other nations currently present will be able to enjoy the natual beauty of this wonderful planet. If any of these rules are broken your nation will be ejected from your plot of land and no refund will be rewarded. This has not happened to date but there's always tomorrow. We do have an island that does fit most of your bill. There is an Island in the Western Ocean that is 640 Acres and is in an area of the globe where temperatures are a constant from anywhere beteween 60 on the coldest nights and 90 on the hottest days. The entire island is heavily forrested with a clearing in almost the exact center of the island. The clearing is approximately 4-5 acres in size but if you need to clear off a few more trees for your purposes that is entirely up to you. Price would depend on whether it is a private getaway or a public spot. You would need to determine that before We can quote a price for you. You would also need to agree to the landowner rules and regulations. Contact when us when you have decided. We will hold the Island for your nation and await your response.

There are only two inhabitable planets in the Rhetalian System, Rhetalia itself and its sister planet Rhealis. Those two planets are the third and fourth in the solar system. The First two are uninhabitable rocks, the three following are gas giants and the final is a ball of ice. We need to know which planet are you interested in specifically, and it also must be noted that Rhealis is set aside specifically for Private use. You may have one plot on each but we need to know what your decision will be about the locations.
