The South Pacific has also suffered very severe damage on account of this massive nuclear exchange between IFDO and the Whittier Pact. Several large South Pacific cities have wiped off the face of the map. Our entire infrastructure has been destroyed and hundreds of millions of South Pacificans were vaporized causing our national population to drop dramatically from 2.309 billion to 702 million. The South Pacific proposes a halt to hostilities between the Whittier Pact and IFDO. And requests international aid.

Harrapa also acknowledges having taken hits during this nuclear war. We too have lost millions of our citizens.
We previously had 2.139 billion but have now been reduced to 298 billion as our nation was the location of most of the nuclear assaults by West Moon and the South Pacific.

That Whittier has nothing to do with this rp and that he will no longer be on NS.

And if you remember, he said that most of the nations in San Gabriel Valley were his. In case you didn't notice, most of those nations have been deleted most likely due to inactivity. Reason being that Whittier is now in the next world. How else do you explain that we have not heard from him since he went in for that procedure.
