Vexian Citizens were shocked today to discover that their VBN News Channel was suffering technical difficulties. When service finally resumed later that day, they discovered that at 1000 hrs, a Truck full of Dynamite had driven into the Main Public Information Building in the Vexian Capital.
This was followed up by a dozen sucide bombers, who ran in through the shattered entrance and proceeded to detonate at various architectural weakpoints throughout the building, as security scrambled in vain to stop them.
The result was the almost total collapse of the Main VBN Public Information Building, and the death of 200 employees working there at the time, including 20 schoolchildren touring the building at the time.
The Liberation Circle claims responisiblity for this attack, and claims that many more will follow unless the Government of Vexia and its Allies allow Democracy into the government, and depose their dictators.
Vexian Officials have not yet commented on the situation.

The Liberation Circle used Sleeper Cells already present within the nation, and agents recruited on the Internet. Vexia may have a tight secruity, but it cannot stop agents placed there 5+ years ago, and who have waited untill now to strike. The Target was chosen because it was deemd to be the least secure of our possible targets, and especially lax during a narrow timeframe. The Explosives were jury-rigged from various household elements, aswell as a few other parts and peice sslavaged or stolen from various munitions depots around the country, never taking more than a few items from each depot to avoid raising suspicion.

the Archchancellor was Livid with rage this evening as he informed the Press about the Attack.
"This so called "Liberation Circle" are Terrorists and Cowards! They do not have the guts or the means to face our security forces man to man, so they send their fanatical lackies in to bomb civillian targets!
The Secret Pol- I mean, the Judicators- will begin the hunt for all members of this Organization, and i promise to not rest untill these scum and villains are rooted out of their holes and executed for their crimes!"

The Judicators have also been given Full Power to Stop and search whoever they please, and to arrest anyone they suspect of being a Terrorist.
All Citizens are reminded to keep their Identity Cards with them at all times, and to report any strange behaviour from your neighbours to the Nearest Police Station.
Foreigners and Immigrants are also informed to stay in your homes untill you have been processed by the Judicators, to avoid any unnessecary trouble.

Vexia calls on the International Community to give it any information they may have as to the locations of the Liberation Circle's Leaders and Bases of Operations, and to give aid in rooting out its cells in Vexia and abroad.

a press officer of the holy repuplic of micstarius just gave a statement to the position of his goverment to the attacks on Vexia.
he sad in an interview, quote "the position of our goverment and our god given leader miccus, is quite clear, though we condemn suicide attacks, we will support every other action against dictatorships or fashist states. as a general position in our foreign politics, we don´t have any political contact and we will not do business with those states.
and we want to let the archchancellor of vexia know, that our country has the guts to react in a military way if we think the situation in vexia does not improve. we see it as our human duty to help the people of vexia to liberate it self from this cruel dictatorship"
