OOC: As our two nations have had a arguement involving a invitation to join my region, he has asked me to wage war on him (sarcasim). I have had a telegram from him insulting my nation so I have waged war on him.

IC: In Cam III's office:
As we have been insulted by this nation I have decided to declare war on him.

Yes, get them ready for immidiate departure when we get a reply from the leader of Tiger Lovers.
