I am now opening bids for a contracts to build more than 50 forts.
Each Red mark represents a location where fort is to be needed.
Geography ranges from brackish marshes, swamp lands, parrie, and
gently rolling hills. I need the following systems to be added to
the forts:

Able to house 500-1000 troops regularly
9 ft. walls tall & 4 ft. thick
3 Helipads in each
Able to house 25 M1A2 Abrams at once
Able to house 10 RAH-66 Comanche's at once
Able to house 5 CH-47 Chinook at once
Amenities to keep those troops garrisoned for lenghty periods(Hospitals,cafateria,barracks,places for worship,etc.)
Command Center
Underground Bunker systems
Water purification systems

Layout is up to the engineers. So is other designs. We just want
the systems we asked for. If you think their is something else that
is needed, bring it up and we will take it into consideration.
Contract goes out to the lowest bid. Let the bidding begin.

Tactical note: Having 25 Abrams tank on those barrier islands is a bit ridiculus don't you think? Especially a fort on that island near Gulfport, land artillery would level the low rise of sand in an instant.

And you've guarded a silver of land and not placed a fortress between the I-10 and U.S. 90 corridors which is how I would invade across southern miss.

Second, are these fortresses supposed to stop invasions or harrass naval forces...

I have basic check points their already with transmitters to N.O where I can begin an attack on foreign invaders comming from Mississippi.

I want these fortresses to be able to do both. Destroy naval ships and stop or slow invasions. Most of these islands around the main land coast are in actuallity rangeing from 2 to 7 miles in diameter so having a M1A2 on them could slow or stop the taking of a fortress. Also thats why I want these fortresses to be able to house 5 CH-47 Chinook's. They can be moved from island to island for defense and offensive movements.

The fact that you control Arkansas is strange for the fact that CL control more than half of the Louisiana purchase completed in 1804. We hope to control the rest of it soon.
