I would like to start off by proposing that this be a trade and military alliance. I believe we should both list possible terms and agree to them. Here are mine:
- No overt or covert military action against each other or our allies.
- The exchange of military attaches.(They are like ambassadors to another country's army.)
- Military assistance.(That includes the current Allanea situation.)
- Permission to use each others bases, if necessary.
- Open and free trade between us.
- No tariffs.
These are a few ideas, Emperor, tell me what you think.
