Transmission to all nations:
The Region of "Flawed System" has begun construction on the "Regional Space Centre Project," which provides low-cost space launching facilities to all member nations. We are also willing to provide launching facilities to nations from other regions. However, this facility is partially subsidized (sp?) by the region, and therefore if any non-member nation wishes to use the facility they will be responsible for paying all launch costs.
We hope that this can provide a solution for nations who do not have a method of launching space vehicles themselves. Phase I construction should be finished in about 8 months (3-4 days from now, approx. April 29th IRL). After this point, feel free to contact me by telegram, if you wish to use the facility and I would be happy to provide more information
