Ratrova is mainly rurally based, the Capitalists in this modern age saw no use in our highly Argrarian economy, furthermore our soil was useless. The Capitalists therefore built huge factorys in the Capital, but this meant our Peasants have nothing, they were also treated badly.

Please give us aid, we need it to:

1. Give everyone food
2. Help build proper homes
3. Industrialise things

If you're willing to accept help from the dasterdly capitalists, we think we can solve all your problems.
1. We build Cornucopic Vats. These devices require as much land as two factories, and can supply you with a city's worth of food simply by breeding special edible bacteria that contain 100% of daily reccomended vitamins and minerals. It makes a broth with a delightful turkey flavor, which can be distributed to the city's people.
2. We can have our JUNKER robots build arcologies for your people to live in. These low-cost high-density structures include everything that your people need to live, including malls, factories, resturants, and of course living space.
3. Now that will be simple. We'll use our same JUNKER robots to construct you a new infrastructure, complete with a new communications network, a new road system, and of course new factories. Sounds good, no?

If you're interested in taking help from your enemies, just let us know.
Of course, we will have to have compensation for all of this, but hey, we're capitalists. Can you really blame us?

Food was hard to come by, and from what I have heard, your situation is by far worse than any that I have lived to see. But take Heart Comrades, we will not abandon you or your government. Chochezkoo is willing to support your country with wheat, bread, fruit, vegetables and meat. We will supply you with food as long as you need it. We will send experts to teach you how to rotate soil and crops so you can grow all year round. We will help your government clean up the mess left by the Capitalists. Remember Comrades, Selflessly true, we always shall stand.

The Rotrovian Government have decided to use 200,000,000 on rural areas, this should be enough to feed a Nation of our size and to make sure everyone is properly inoculated.

We are going to start forced Collectivisation, we are sure that the Petty-Bourgeois farmers will agree to it because of the state they are in aswell.
