My region is inactive, and has been for a while. I am a relativly large nation, and wish to join a small (20 or less) region.

ISAF2 is a small region

We have a small region(11 members) most are skaven players and I am trying to make the Council of Thirteen(so I need 13 nations).

Why not give us a look see? The Alliance of Independent States. We now have 20 Nations (one just ceased to exist... damndest thing too... one minute there... 28 days later... nothing). The best thing about the AIS is ABSOLUTELY NO UN ALLOWED!!!!!!!!!!

OOC note: The FKC website is badly out of date...but neither the consitution nor ecology have changed much, although there has been an 'expansion' of territory.
