A large oil field was discovered under one of the sites the government was planning to build a new nuclear reactor on. They have switched to an alternate location for the plant and are now constructing the nessacary equipment to begin extracting the oil.

Nuclear+Oil=Bad

To all interested nations this is President Kyle Alexander of the Allied States of Celdrone. As you are know doubt aware we have just discovered a large oil field, the exact magnitude of this find is as of yet undetermined. We recognize the temptation this poses to some larger nations. So we would like to make an offer. Any nation that will help us secure our oil field will receive a price break. While any nation is welcome to apply we reserve the right to refuse any offer. To facilitate our desicion posting your current nation and army status would be appreciated.

I shall assist you in the securing of your oil fields. How large is this oil field that you need secured.

In return for my assistence, I would eather like a cut of the profit, or ownership of a percentage of oil pumped from the field.

My army is at the ready. If nessasary, we have 7 Airborne divisions ready to secure the oil fields.

The oil field's total size is as of yet undetermined, for now the known size is fifty square miles. In exchange for your help we are prepared to pay you five percent of all foriegn sales.

Ahh. 5% will be quite sufficient.


With your permission, the 157th Airbrne Div. will Land at the nearest airport, deplane, and travel to the oil field. They will cooperare with your military and with local police, but will be independant of the chain of command. I hope this is just the first of many cooperative dealings between my nation and yours.
