Kilean needs transport ships! AND FAST!
Due to some....uuh, strategic pressures that have arisen recently, the National Republic of Kilean's Logistics Command needs to get it's hands on heavy transport ships/amphibious assault ships/whatever can transport lots of troops...
and we need them right now. We're willing to pay just about anything, we just need them right now.

The C-71 (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=131905&highlight=), while an aircraft, is capable of transporting a number of troops, greater in capability than either the C-5 or An-124, the only other aircraft in its role category. They aren't ships, but they're cheap...we'll offer you 60 for keeps, only slightly used and never in a major combat, for $180 million apiece. Delivery can be immediate.
We will be looking into your strategic pressures to ensure that we approve for the sale.
Well, if you would wait a couple years you could get a number of our Oakleaf Class Troop Transports :p Oakleaf Class (http://www.geocities.com/doujincorp/oakleaf.html)
Doujin- aaah, yes. You'd have an insane shipyard capacity. What do you have on you RIGHT NOW, and could I buy them? Or lease them? (if they get damaged, I'd pay for them)
All of Doujin's are being used in a war right now, so.. :-p
Just tell me where your troops are and I will send in my transports, they hold 100 troops each. I will loan you them for 50 million a year. If they get damaged or destroyed, you must pay for them
The PRKS is willing to sell 4 EA-24C Military utility Version/troop transports- a cool 1.5 mil for each.
(Tag and some eye-narrowing. I have a feeling they will get damaged!)
uuh.....some details.
I'm looking for troop ships capable of making high sustained cruising speed, and capable of carrying large numbers of men, supplies, and armored vehicles. Compatibility with standard cargo containers is a big plus, as is a roll on/roll off ability.
how about 2 C-21A or TC-1000 "Madison" Heavy Transport Helicopter
We've got sufficent airlift capacity. We can move personell, etc. We need ships to move the heavy equipment.
Edit: I mean, sea is the most efficent form of transport. Airlift is well and good for paratroopers or a short-term lift of humanitarian aid or something, but not for what we have in mind.
Because
Underfunded
Military
Policies
have deprived kilean of sealift capacity.......

The LRRN can give you use of the three Algol fast logistics ships in the Med fleet, because I'm gathering you're eurpoean.
They can carry 2,100 MBT-sized vehicles at 30 knots sustained anywhere in the world and can be ready to go within the day.
To go to a certain port on the Sea of Japan.
We've also got a bob hope logistics ship there, but its a lot slower.
They'll be escorted by a humdrum fleet of Udaloys, Dukes, and Sheffield destroyers.
I'm actually located somewhere vaguely to the east of Dra-Pol- it's just the language and culture thats european. I don't put Kilean on the real-world map....
But, yes. Very very good idea. Many thanks to LRR.

Well, since the pac fleet Algols are up in the Bering (its actually the bering fleet since the base is along the bering but its called the pac fleet cause nothing happens up north) and are currently filled with vehicles, the Med fleet will have to do.
The Algols and their escorts are on their way at full speed.
Oh, that's fine. Transport ships are pearls beyond price....
wait, no- not beyond price.
I'd help you out but all my transports are occupied trying to bring my men across the ocean.
Check out _Taiwan.

Ah, it seems as if you could benefit from the PCBG State Arsenals Aid and Commercial Export Programme. Ammunition Ship BENEFACTOR CLASS Combat Stores Ship VERIX CLASS Support Tanker BROMPTON CLASS Heavy Support Ships PALAEMON CLASS Submarine Tender RESTORATION CLASS Expeditionary Transport HYENA CLASS Hospital Ship YSBYTY CLASS would all be a boost.
Sadly the CFS is half way convinced that Kilean would use them in a counter revolutionary pursuit.
Granzi- just how many of those ships do you have?

yeah, if you guys just looked at a travel book on Kilean you'd probably ban all military exports to Kilean within an hour.

We sell LHDs for $1 billion, LPDs for $600 million, LSDs for $425 million and personnel transports for $300 million.
Our production capacity has expanded immensely recently and we can provide large numbers of ships quite rapidly.
Thank you,

[OOC: After taking your advice, Kilean, please disregard this post...]
well...uuh...if you're an ally of dra-pol, you'd be insane to sell me stuff....
but you aren't one, are you?
What you need is here.\/

We have currently 30 Blitz and 40 Executor on stock with a rate of 10 Blitz and 15 Executor being turned out a year.
Good. Give me all of them. 30 Blitz and 40 Executor.
That would be $18 Billion for the 30 Blitzs and $32 Billion for 40 Executors, adding up to $50 Billion for the entire order. A 5% first-time buyer discount also applies, total is $47.5 Billion. Expect delivery 3 NS weeks after payment. Thank you.
Excellent. the Kilean Defense Directorate has basically been handed a blank check, so you'll have no problem getting the money.

(ooc: Woah, I was surprised to see this thread pop up when I searched for posts by me- I must have been hammered last night! I have no idea why I bothered to talk about things we're never going to sell you :) Hehe, sorry!
...Dra-pol has allies? Hm, maybe Father* should look into working with them!
*Mysterious figure -identified ooc by some quick-witted observers- involved in a gentically-targetted bio-weapons attack on Roycelandian imperial interests and in selling BG nuclear secrets to DaKhiem. Last seen bribing a communist party member in northeastern PC China.
Why yes, I am bored!)
