As the morning meeting finished Caxan and Imperial Affairs, the Emperor asked after foreign affairs. The Foreign Minister looked up.
'Yes sir. Well, aside from the eternal bickering of the n00bs, Crazy irish ppl has requested help.'
'In what form?'
It seems that one of his government has been captured by terrorists.'
'Oh really?'
'Yes sir. So, should I give the order to despatch 500 of the Gold Band?' (OOC: Cax's elites.)
'No. I think they could use some more training.'
'As you wish, sir.'
'Anything else?'
'No, not really.'

The engines of the large black 747 began to whine, the turbines spinning in a hypnotic motion. The wheels, slick and wet, turned on the pavement as the plane rolled out to runway number eight and prepared for takeoff. Inside, Special Forces unit Delta Omega sat along the sides, ten on one, ten on the other. Above, the parachute bar led to the doors where the men would exit the plane into the dark sky above CIP airspace.

Twenty minutes later, the pilot came over the intercom:

"Be advised, be advised, we have now entered CIP airspace. Drop is go in five minutes. I repeat, five minutes."

The men nodded at eachother and put on their helmets and stood up to the bar.

After checking chutes, the green light glowed.

"Go go go!"

Like birds leaving a pirch, the men tumbled out into the sky, falling quickly towards the Earth.

President Vicente was examining some papers at the desk of his small office, a lieutenant entered his office and saluted him.
"Presidente, sir"
'Yes, what is it?'
"Sir, the crazy irish people goverment has been taken by terrorists"
'I see... we can't send much help lieutenant, we have the border problem... but they helped us out so... send 250 men to their country ASAP'
"In what? Burros?"
'... damm ... I forgot about that ... send them in any vehicles you can find, construction vehicles, civilian vehicles, hell anything, they need help'

We accept a nations right to oppose terrorist elements although branding them as Catholic only differs from the actual problem.What events sparked this little farce and what are their demands?.
If they need safe haven then the Dominion will gladly open its doors.
If it is a case that they have to be brought to justice we advise the use of a a panel of impartial judges as this is they only way to prove your fairness.

heres how i think it started when the first prodestant leader got elected he knew that he would have to be fair in order to stay in office, but when he visited a catholic home he ate dinner there and got ffod poisoning and had to leave. unfortuneltly he had to leave to be treated. the household father who was catholic got very angry and started a rebelion against the minister over a piece of undercooked steak.

The Overseer as the senior player in this later Farce appoints his Grandson Field Marshall Thomas O hAodha as temporary ruler.Until I can sort out this mess.Until hand over is completed consider CIP to have full Dominion protectorate status.

CIP's government is not stable enough. He does need my intervention,wheather he likes it or not.

Agreed my troops will keep the peace west of the 26 parallel and yours to the east.May i suggest that elections be held as soon as possible as i really dont wish to spend billions of Liom Marks on a country with little strategic importance and no evident mineral resources.
