ICE-9 samples for auction within 24 hours
:UPDATE:
The ice 9 crisis in Great Kalador seems to be under control, with the specimen now destroyed. There is however still remaining samples.
We feel unable to carry out further test on ICE-9, so offer to sell these samples to ethically responsible and highly technological countries with appropriate facilities.
If none are found within 24 hours the samples will be destroyed at a great cost to the scientific community.

For those of you aware of the disaster our nation suffered, it will not come as a shock to you that we will have to charge several million septims [1sp= approx. $3.55].
ICE-9 is a highly dangerous element, so we must be sure it goes to responsible nations. Please telegram 'Great Kalador' with your nations name and basic information. Thank you.

Sorry but you are in no position to bargain. We do not sympathise with nations who allow religion to grow out of control.

We've been a religous state for 3,000 years. Fine have it your way ... expect no more sympathy for your nation from now on.

You should be less "blunt" in diplomacy and from our name, we were always religious.

We retract the previous statement ... fully. Good idea to place name of recipient of comment next time. 8)
Yeah...sorry about that. Its annoying when you submit international diplomacy only to find whilst you were writing someone else posted. Oh well.
Btw...thanks for the tg. :)

The National Schultarian Institutes of Physics are extremely interested in acquiring this new, and highly intriguing, element. We can assure you that our nation will do everything in its power to provide a safe, quality controlled environment for said element.
-We will telegram you with the basics of our nation immediately.
That being said, the United Socialist States of Schultaria Prime is willing to place $710,000,000 [sp 200,000,000] towards procuring this highly rare material.
:UPDATE:
Ice-9, the element which freezes water on touch, will be transported to new test locations in three days. We ask that all nations co-operate to avoid a catastrophe as in the Sparta Incident, where many students and scientists died.
The samples will be going to Jeruselem, Doujin and another anonymous customer. Any country who could volunteer transport for the articles would be highly regarded by us all.

We'll donate our "vacuum sealed" transport units for your usage. They are basically very small sealed units where the air and other elements are removed from the transportation chamber via vacuum. The units have several layers of outer protection. Your vials of ICE9 will have to water-free though in case the worst happens.

Won't any phase of water boil in a vacuum? And then when you return it to atmospheric pressure, you'll just have a puddle of water.
You'd be better off just transporting them in a dessicator. Much cheaper, too.
ICE9 has the effect on water such that the molecule bonds are unfathomably strong. As I said, it requires much more investigation yet, but may provide huge advances in technology.

True, but we use to transport "stuff-we-really-don't-know-what-the-hell-it-is".
