Hello fellow politicians and economists, the nation of Vico opens it's dor for trade and friendly diplomacy, here's what we have to offer.

Laws of Commercial and/or Industrial use of territory in our nation.
Law I: Foreign nations are using the territory for commercial/industrial use only, if found out to be used for any other the deal is cut off and the nation will be asked to leave friendly, if not military forces will move in to take out every person in the area and send them back to the foreign nation.
Law II: Foreign nations are not allowed to have any type of military group in our territory unless it's given by use, if any is found out the nation will be asked to remove this forces, if it does not comply with us then force will be used to take out this military strength.
Law III: Foreign nations can use inhabitants of our nations for construction or operation of the buildings in this area with the minium wage of 3 pesos and the following of the human rights, if any of these are not followed a "ticket" or fee to pay, will be given to the foreign nation, if not paid then military forces will remove all the inhabitants of our nation from this area and block all access to the cities until it's paid.
Law IV: Our nations ecosystem is important for us, specific garbage dumps for industrial use have been etched around our nation, if found out that industrial waste is being sent to normal waste dumps a fee of 500,000 new pesos will be given to the industry and if not paid in 3 months it will be automatically closed down by our military and all personal sent back to their original nations/homes.

I expect that we can go well with this laws, also our nation is open for embassies and bigger commercial or industrial pacts, we are waiting for your call.

And by the way, our nation had a civil war and it's still recovering from it so be reasonable enough.

The price of iron is aproximatly 35 new pesos a kilogram, it's quite cheap and we are really desperate.
It's ok to send that quantity of soldiers, it's our max allowed in our territory by any foreign nation, also 250 of our soldiers will help you with the exchange, bealieve me that there are still various groups that don't agree with us.
