"In a bizzare move today the President has ordered the vast majority of Rotovia's Navy to be recalled to Rotovian Waters. For thsoe vessels stationed as Rotovia's occupation force in Rebelandi waters this could be their first time home in over a year. It is unclear why Rotovia has recalled it's Navy from active duty in over a dozen nations, that said there has been some speculation that this may be related to growing tensions between the Rotovian Government and that of Wolfish. The relationship between the two nations could be described as fragile at best, and the destruction of dozens of Rotovian vessels at Wolfish hands in the Rebelandi Conflict resulted in a large anti-Wolfish movement in Rotovia. Whatever the reason, it will be a welcome change for Rotovian Service Men and Women to return home... if only for awhile"
