The nation of Zoogiedom announces to the outside world that we are in the process of three separate projects, all of which are high priority and complety secret.
Nobody will be informed of anything; rather, our Blackest project will be shrouded in dark secrecy until it is unveiled some ten years or so after its introduction to service.
