buddah - you are two days old. a nation of this size wouldn't be able to produce any aircraft, let alone a big high tech fighter. Please read the stickies. basically, godmodding is saying something happened that would never happen that way. etc

the godmod is that a tiny little plane like a F-5 Tiger cannot carry 48 sidewinders, nor can a huge MiG-31 Interceptor or Even a A-5 Vigalante Stratgic Bomber (though the Vigilante II Upgrade made by another nation of mine a while ago might have come close).

i didn't say 48 sidewinders, i said 24, that is 12 on each wing jammed in to a 6slot launch pod and apparently they are quite real on most jets

no, you said that there where 24 sidewinders on each wing. do the math.

i'm not actuallytrying to build a hug hightech weapon, i found the old specs on google and the bunkerbuster has way more newer upgrades then what i am selling, i am doingjust a basic defense package so to say.
yes i am new, that is why i had to ask an allie for help to come up with the sales pitc... it beats my first idea of a metal gear rex upgrade!!

i apologise for the misleading info but it is meantto be 12 on each wing, as i said i had to get help so obviously my ideas were upgraded

That's also part of the godmod - the size of the jet.

yi know that is a stupidly low price but i have amny andwish to make allies not enimes

-All of this is OOC (Out of Character). This is only the roughest of definitions.

Godmod: In most respectable definitions it is when someone or something tends to break the naturally accepted limits of time, space, economics, or physics.

An example of a Time godmod: Deploying 1 million troops in under 24 hours without any roleplaying background as to what systems were involved or how long the troop buildup occured.

Space godmod: Instantaneously gapping extreme distances (without the proper technological backgrounds). Posessing weapons capacities that are beyond the normal physical limit (24 sidewinders on a plane would cause unheard amounts of drag, not to mention that each one of those things adds weight to slow down the plane, increasing takeoff length and reducing manuverability.)

Economics godmod: Offering technology at considerable (often nearly unheard of) discounted rates, usually at prices below 50% of what is considered to be acceptable (ie. $10,000 for an Abrhams MBT; 1,000,000 for an F-15; 15,000,000 for a B2 Stealth Bomber when their respective prices are conservatively $5,000,000 | $45,000,000 -> $60,000,000 | $2,000,000,000).

Physics godmod: When a nation (more specifically the person making the post) breaks generally accepted laws of classical physics. This usually only pertains to ground combat, when (for lack of a better term) a godmoding nation completely disreagrds Newton's laws of motion and force when fired upon. (Insert one of numerous examples when a "perfect shield" stops a numerically and technologically superior force here).

He did originally want to sell this for $80,000, so I suggested 9 mil as a better value, obviously not the best value it seems.

So go easy on him, ok?

actually bar the rahter extreme number of sidewinders it's not to terrible.
I would question what exact bomb is covered by the term "bunker buster" as that cna be applied to both the 5000lb GBU-28 (a fighter of a similar class to the F-5 is unliekly to to able to have a 15,000lb payload) and the newer 2000lb GBU24C/B AUP (much more likely).
Neither of these weapons are cheap as they feature giudance packages, the gbu-24 comes in at $55,000 and the GBU-28 at $145,000.

A more likely and acceptable upgrade for the F-5A (or the F-5E) would be to feature 1 wing end pylon and 2 under wing pylons on each wing (under wing pylons likely rated upto 2000lb and with double adaptors for small AAMs and light bombs, wing end pylons proabably rated for a single light AAM) plus a centre line fusalage pylon perhaps rated to 3000lbs. total payload would be in the region of 9,000-11,000lbs.
in the end your total sidewinder payload would be 12 (2 under the fusalage and 5 on each wing) but you would be unlikely to ever carry that once you start mounting bombs, long range AAMs, the nessicary external fuel tanks and other essential things like the laser designator pod to use those bunker busters...


Oh and you forgot to mention what happened to the cannons in the nose, what sort of radar you are using and just how horrendous the cockpit looks now (it never was terribly nice).

Oh and the F-5A was a super cheap light airdefnse fighter and not terribly good at attacking ground targets not that i can remeber hearing about anyone doing so.
