Considering: only through effective communication with other nations can we build an efficient economic ground for our nations.

Considering: that the most efficient channels of communication between countries is through embassies.

Considering: we have intentions of increasing our participation in world affairs to keep a dynamic economy.

We the people of Vacant Planets

Resolve: to grant terrains in the new Vacant Planets Diplomacy Center for the installment of embassies inside our territories.

Resolve: to issue an open invite to any interested nation.

Resolve: to grant all foreign diplomats immunity in all cases except capital crimes, fraud and corruption.

Resolve: to offer all nations full protection by the soon to be established diplomatic police. And grant special entry into our borders to private guards and policemen from those nations (wich never should exceed 40). Soldiers or any kind of military equipment will not be tolerated.

Extend an invitation to the Axis of Chaos trade summit Kallistopolis; Brogona, 6th May 2004.
