The Grand Duchy of Hamptonshire is throwing open Hamptonshire City's Diplomatic District for the establishment of Foreign Embassies.

Embassies will be established under normal embassy rules unless otherwise deemed necessary by the Foreign Ministry.

The only special restrictions we ask of all nations:
1) No more than 30 guards
2) No weapons caches
3) No heavy weapons

Please note, all non-Hamptonian airplanes are forbidden from entering Hamptonshire City Capital District Air Space. All foriegn planes must land either at the Hamptonshire City International Airport 35 miles from Hamptonshire City or land at another Hamptonian international airport and then proceed aboard a Hamptonian airline to Grand Duke Hans Frederick IV International Airport in the heart of Hamptonshire City.

The capital is extremely massive (80 million+ people, though alot of it is width) and we just wish for their well beings, but if you sign an agreement that the government of Yurka will not be held solely responsible to evacuate them during a state of war then we can let your fine nation bend the rules a bit. The precautions are after all precautions and after thinking throughly of it, you don't actually need to leave during wartime in either case, but more than a few nations do opt for it.

We are offering Hamptonshire a new site right next to a new housing complex built just as the last one and close to one of our beautiful lakes just to the south of our capitol of Parris Island and within 5 minutes of the nearest Marine Corps Base for added protection and 15 minutes from Crazed Marine's Legislative complex. We are also allowing you to build a base right next to the new embassy site and exclusive access to the nearby lake, Lake Cherokee. All that we ask in return is for you to examine our nation to see whether it meets your standards as a stable and mostly peaceful nation and the chance to upgrade our embassy status.

The act would prohibit foreign owned and/or operated aircraft from coming within 50 miles of either capital.

Once the move to the new capital is started, the Foreign Ministry will be reviewing nations for the construction of a new Embassy Complex in Obsidia. Only those nations deemed essential to the Security and Stability of the Grand Duchy will be allowed to build diplomatic facilities in the new capital.
