Inner Planets Combat Exclusion Treaty (Futuretech)

The purpose of IPCET is to prevent damage to nations within the Sol system, their colonies, or other installations.

The treaty is open to debate, change, and comment.

Article I
Nations signing the treaty will not engage in combat with other treaty member outside of a planets atmosphere.

Article II
Nations may defend against non-treaty members, but may not innitiate action themselves.

Article III
Nations may do as they please beyond the Asteroid Belt, or inside it.

Article IV
No planet or moon within Sol may be the target of a 'planetkiller' weapon of any sort.

Article V
Treaty members are to defend Earth from extra-solar threats.

Again, these articles are all open to ammendment, addendum or editing.

well, i dont agree with the may not innitiate action themselves bit, does that mean if you join you cant go and attack someone...? I dont understand that bit, i would apreciate it if you could explain, and also does the planet killer weapon include weapons that can destroy a city like ION cannons etc?

Ill be willing to give 25 runabout fighter/transports if i do join(they are fast!)

I believe that it should only be outside the asteroid belt.

They attatch to an incoming vessal magneticly and self distruct casing the distruction of the vessal.
All treaty signers will be given the frequency to temporarily dissable the magnetic field enableing the vessal to enter the system.
