Broadcasted from Schultaria's Spaten Satelite the Central Directorate of Schultaria Prime, flanked by leaders in the Schultarian National assembly made a plea for international assistance. From exclusive sources within the Schultarian Space Administration, HIFEX has been allowed to publish a transcript of the following speech.

"In a sad day for all of Schultaria Prime, we have been exiled from the region formerly known as the Planar Orb of the Holy Knights. Alone and with few formalized alliances, we ask the generous international community for your assistance in aiding Schultaria Prime.

We know that by many respects we are a small nation, but we possess many stong qualities which we hope are appealing to stronger, well founded, regions. We hope that representatives will recieve this transmission and lend a helping hand us in our time of need."

Although the region of The Greater Irish Isle is not an established region we do, none the less, offer you refugee forever or for a short time. Please consider our offer.

In response to Schultaria Prime's pleas for international aid, Zoogiedom's secretary of state has contacted them.

The nation of Zoogiedom is more than willing to extend its hand in alliance and aid to Schultaria Prime in its time of need. It matters not that your nation is of small size; your character is more than a qualification for admission into the Zoogie Isles.

Even if your stay is temporary, I will pledge the alliance of Zoogiedom and the Zoogie Isles indefinitely. If you will ever be in need of our services, contact us.
