I have been informed that a large ship containing around 2500 assorted nuclear weapons has been traveling the worlds oceans. These weapons are said to have been stolen from the silos, orbital defense stations and storehouses of some of the larger nations and are being sold for very cheaply to young and terrorist nations.

The ship came up on one of my spy planes' radars while it was retuning from a mission. They pilot took no notice of it. When he heard about the ship, he went back to check the cameras on the plane and saw a boat that matched the description that my informative gave me.

This sighting took place in the south pacific around 14 hours ago. We only have a rough idea of what the ship is like. It is very large, possibly a modified aircraft carrier with no markings distinctive of any particular navy fleet.

If anybody has any other information, please tell us.

We would like to inform the world of this threat. Please help us to find this ship. At the point it went under, around 1 hour ago, the submarine was heading due north 12 miles of the coast of the south pacific.

Onboard the bridge of Starblaydia's first and currently only nuclear aircraft carrier, the SNS Repulse

"Incoming communication, Admiral." The Lieutenant ripped the paper feed from the printer and handed it to Admiral Yanosh Clarke.

The slim man with a salty greyness showing on the dark, cropped hair around his temples, a former naval aviator, commanded the pride of the Starblaydi Navy and her battle group.

"Where is this in relation to our position?"

"In strike range, sir."

"Send up two Vikings with four Harrier escorts." he said after a considered moment, "Warm up some Tomcats on deck and make sure the Trafalgars are be on full alert."

"Aye, Sir!"

The S3-B Vikings were expert anti-submarine planes, with the excellent British-made Harrier attack fighter, they should be enough to make their presence felt. The five Trafalgar-Class submarines accompanying his group were also not to be messed with lightly.

As the last Harrier got off the flight deck, Admiral Clarke thought of the extra-special, until lately secret craft beneath one of the most expensive parking lots in the world. This might end up with a real-life, live-fire excersice for them, he thought let's hope it doesnt come to that, if the report is true...

[ooc edit: Of course, P3 Orions are land-based and couldnt possibly fit on a carrier, whereas S3 Vikings can and are carrier-based. Got my 3s confused.]

In the lats 24 hours, wWe have recieved reports from numerous large nations who will stay unnamed, that they have had weapons stolen. We have sent a small fleet of our fastest submarines to help the search.

Starblaydia has formed a search team and we would like an update from them. If you have any other infromation, please report to us. We must find the ship.

Admiral Clarke leaned back in his command chair. If there was something out there the size of a carrier, his men would find it. He locked his fingers together and looked across at the map displayed on the glass plate to his right. The Harriers would need to come back soon, but the Vikings could stay out for a while longer.

"Imcoming messace from Truimphant, Admiral. They've got a tentative fix on a sub, a real big and real quiet one. Bearing three-four-seven."

"Take us in that direction. Get a couple of patrols up and nobody, nobody fires first. Got that? I'm not sinking anything without triple confirmation. I wanna know what this thing is. Get a hold of Jepson Naval Base and anyone else who's interested too, let them know what's going on."

The Starblaydi Pacifica Task Force headed north by east, closing in on the unknown contact.

Although we have found this craft, supposedly carrying stolen nuclear weapons, we require confirmaiton before realeasing its whereabouts to the other interested parties.

We need full details about the believed contents and owners of said contents, plus any and all information about the crew and their national or political affiliations.

The Starblaydi Navy cannot use its power to attack and capture passing vessels upon merely another nations suspicion. Plans are being formulated in case any action is needed, but we hope this will not be required
