OOC: This is my first RP on Nation-States, but I have lurked around for awhile and read most of the FAQs. I am willing to accept ANY criticism, be it destructive or constructive. Thanks.

The city of Yining came into view to the advancing forces of the conquering Asien Korps. The Kaiser had long waited for the moment when the fabled riches of Asia would come into his grasp. For centuries they had been underground in Turkestan, waiting, fomenting rebellion as the various factions in China fought themselves to a stand-still. Apparently south-east and north-east China was were the main focus of conflict centered. Perfect, the Kaiser had promised to his generals.
Finally, on June 2nd, the Reichswehr had struck. The Leopards of the Asien Korps struck without warning as the long-constructed air bases let out the L-78 (Jing version of the Alpha-Jet) planes. The assault was not limited to Yining. The cities of Urumqi, Hami, and Anxi all faced assaults from Asien Korps. The primitive Uighur nomads or left-over Chinese garrisons had no way of holding off the conquering Panzerarmees. The L-78 planes cruised southwards, and another, smaller force took control of the Tarim river as the 9th Army began the assaults of Aksu and Kashi. After these first conquets were achieved, the Kaiser prepared for the much larger prize of Xining.
The Leopard 2J tanks were ready and the might of the Osterreich assembled. Time would tell if it would be succesfull.
