Two well dressed men step into the welcoming hall of the factory
"Goodmorning Gentlemen can I help you?"

The elevator opens and the two men rather run then walk to the office, one of them stays outside, the other knocks the door and opens it.

"Ah yes, I was expecting you, now tell me, whats youre plan?"

He pulls out a gun and points it at Sheffield:
"Call all youre personell to the lunchroom, ALL OF IT!"

I happen to have a number of special forces troops in the twin city area who were training in urban combat situations. They are combat ready and only minutes away from the factory, they could easily deal with this.

Affirmative BC, dont get in there yet though.

Ok then, Situation so far
The CF wants 5 people to be freed;
Aimaki Pingkon; he was locked up for 50 years for shooting a black person.
Lewis Contraversara; locked up for life for killing his wife and 10 children
John McNamanam; locked up for 12 years for stabbing a Chinese person 100 times.
Pikwa Person; locked up for 5 years for attempt of murder on Minister of Security.
John Dikeridoo; locked up for life for attempt to blow up the WTC.

We are not negotiating yet, the area is closed and full of police person and BC special forces for now we are still waiting for Momanguise and Mafikeng!

My teams have been scouting the building. Theres 1 back door which is guarded. The best place to go in would be from the roof, theres a glass panel easily large enough for a man to get through which wasn't guarded. My teams are ready to storm that once the order has been given.

We're ready to place our elite blue beret special forces at the disposal of the police force. They've only recently arrived in Camewot but will quickly appraise any situation given to them. They number 100 strong and can call in backup if needs be.

Where do yuo want them,and can you provide blueprints of the factory?

Note: The blue berets will try to avoid placing civilians in danger but,in the event of collatoral damage,will require immunity from prosecution.

'It has been confirmed that two citizens of Momanguise have been siezed in the Camewot military factory complex. Though the country's premier is not available for comment at the current time, the countrys press office has realeased this statement.

'The siezsure of our citizens is unnacptable. It is a shame that certain extremist elements of Camewot's population are able to overlook the fact that it was Momanguise's armed forces who prevented the conquest of Camewot, and thus preserving her national identity. The Blue Berets have arrived at the police cordon around the factory. They are supported by helicopter gunships,should the neccessity arise for deadly force. The Berets are equipped with all the latest infra red,night vision and thermal imaging sensors,not to mention a bewildering array of lethal and non lethal weapons. They will be placing themselves at the disposal of the Government of Camewot as soon as assurances have been given that they will be immune from prosecution in the event of collatoral damage.

Nevertheless,Camewot,the factory is on your territory and all civilians in it fall under your jurisdiction. While we would certainly appreciate a response from Mormanguise,it is the guarantee from Camewot that our troops will be immune from prosecution that we are waiting upon.

Is there any news re: the situation inside the factory. We do not want to send our squads in without up to date info.

It seems that the 7 people (5 women, 2 men) are all in the lunchroom, together with all the personell, there are two entrances, one in the north for people who wanna go eat, one in the south for kitchen workers.
+- 100 civillians, 7 CF'ers, two explosives who would blow EVERYTHING up.

Stategic Area Command (SAC) requests that the police force evacuates all civilians within a mile radius of the factory and that all remaining personnel be equipped with gas masks.

We propose to filter an incapacitiating,but non lethal,nerve agent into the factory's air supply,to render everyone inside unconscious. Owing to the chance of gas escaping from the building,we request that evac. of non essential personnel from the area. Once the gas has had its effect,a squad of blue berets will enter the premises and remove everyone inside.

We also request that all electricity and water supplies to the factory be cut,and that ALL exits,including sewers and potential underground exits,be guarded.

These operations will be done in IRL one hour, you can get in then!

SAC confirms that all non essential personnel have been cleared from a one mile radius of the area,that all possible exits from the factory are being monitored and that all water and electricity supplies have been cut off. We have begun to filter the nerve agent into the air ducts of the factory but expect it will be at least 24 hours until we can guarantee that everyone inside has succumbed to its effects.

(So everyone knows,I am using th esame stategies and nerve agent used by the Russian Army during the theatre hostage crisis in '02 or '03,can't remember when exactly. There were fatalities from the gas due to the fact the army did not tell the hospitals what they were using.)
