After cultists of nishma had founded their own nation and government it did not take long for them to notice lack of many necessary materials and food supplies. The council of high priests urged the Leaders of cult to seek for these resources from trade between other nations.

So what do we need?
1.) because our nation is on very mountainous area and fertile landscape is rare we have urgent need for food supplies. We lack food for at least 2 million people... that should make something like 20 000 tons of food in one month. (have any better calculations?) We should be able to pay for this food after taking some loan and assembling our Deterium industry. Should we say some 10million us dollars per month?

2.) We would like to purchase some 10 000tons of coal 8000 tons of steel and 2500 tons oil per month. These arragements are needed as long as we can get our mining idustry on its feet.

3.) We are also looking for arming our military. (for defence only...)
We need armament that is cheap but trusthworthy and capable. This means Mix of mountain warfare equipment, ligth infantry weapons, anti tank armament, and air to airdefence systems. we are NOT looking for tanks or other offensive armament.

We hope to have good trade relationships that go on long.

We will take you up on your propersition and give your nation 20,000 tons of food, 8,000 tons of steel and 2500 tons of oil per month but you must keep your end and pay us.

It seems that cultist of nishma had not done their school work in mathematics properly... well it seems we will have to regulate the food spending. But what comes to the proposal of DKara:

OOC: DKara- one question... How will You send 20000 of food per day to Cult of Nishma, if Your country is only 18 mlns ? I can understood, that You have a farming country with lots of famers, however, or You will have not enough devices/resources to conserve and/or transport it, or You will allow Your citizens starving, due to fact, that You not so big to have create enough store.

Our government has decided not to send direct aid to your nation for two reasons: (1) we find that your governmental system creates a too-high potential for curruption and embezzelment; and (2) we do not have the funding necessary to porchance and ship the required amount of food.

However, you may speak directly to Weyrean companies, who may be able to provide a portion of the supplies necessary. The Central Economic Board of Estimates [CEBE] projects that our private sector can currently ship an additional 3,000-4,500 tons of foodstuffs per day. This may be lower depending on limitations imposed by your nation's cultural and religious traditions and/or practices.

If you prove to be a permanent customer, the amount of foodstuffs and goods that can be shipped by our nation will increase as companies establish the necessary infastructure.

You will still have to pay those companies . . .

It seems i have to execute my finance advisor...
Due the fact that DKaras cant produce all the food we need we will keep the bargain with them but we are willing to expand our food trade with other nations.
By new calculations, our country lacks some 23,000tons of food per day. (not per month as my stupid advisor counted...)
We also lack more coal and steel than we expected. Deals can be made but no more military bases are for rent. Fortunately we may not have to take that much loan than we expected as our geologists have found an abunant source of Uranium and Platinium! we have also found many rich sources of other valuable metals. Only problem stays in lack of mining equipment but maybe we could sell some of our mining rights for Sinless's corporations? We are also very interested in trading of weaponary with Sinless's. Their terms even seem meanigful. We dont have any interests in terrorism and it seems that our religious and spiritual viewpoints are not so different from each other. And in the end how can we refuse from leting your companies to develope in our land when our economy is still in stage of zero. We do want only one restriction for Sinless companies: No human cloning on our soil.

I think we can together achieve better tomorrow!

The territories under the command of Commander Jean-Jacque le Marist are willing to provide you with a sizeable shipment of arms, should you agree to certain propositions. It would be as so:

The Cult of Nishma should receive 10,000 small arms (consisting of 4,000 R-7 automatic pistols and 6,000 CT-17 compact rifles). Furthermore the technology needed to begin construction upon anti-air weaponary should be sent.

Upon this gift from the benevolent le Marist, Nishma would enter into a formal treaty of non-agression with our territories and open its borders to mutual trade for the benefit of both nations.

If the terms within this treaty are found acceptable, inform us via a telegram and the weapons and technology will be sent immediately.

Dictator - with our current position, I cannot afford to weaken our military. Send them 100 tanks on a loan basis - on the agreement they will be returned as soon as the Cult of Nishma's economy and military force is sufficiently strong enough...
