The Desert Republic of Larwana seeks to purchase armored vehicles, small (under 35 meters with a draft of less than one meter) patrol boats, small (under fifty meters) diesel-electric submarines, and jet based aircraft. We would also like it to be cheap, so we don't mind if it is used. It must be able to stand up to tough desert sand conditions (sandstorms are common in the Desert Republic), and be easy to maintain, however.

We currently have no naval force except for 50 RIB type vessels, no jets in our air corps, and no armored vehicles.

The Desert Convention (Our parliament) has authorized the Ministry of the Army to make these purchases.
