In the recent days, Cardassia minor has come under attack from the "Maquis", a paramilitary organization. They have attacked ships from Cardassia Minor. They have even destroyed an unarmed civilian transport.
If any nations are involved with these attacks, i will not hesistate to destroy you. Those who wish to aid me in this fight, you are welcome.
