The camera shows rows of soldiers standing at attention, assault rifles of the AK and M series shouldered. In unison they bellow out what has been driven into them for years. "We are the Surviving Legions of Terror. We have studied the past and shall not fall for lack of knowledge. We shall defeat our enemies and we shall protect our allies so long as it suits our needs. We are the smarter, more sensible Legions."

The camera pans up to the person standing above them. A woman in a white helmet, decorated with upthrust golden spikes and a cloth half mask. "You are the defenders of our lands. You are the Survivalist Legions. I am Im Tahl, Speaker of the Leader. We are now part of the Crimmond Combine and are entering world politics. I have been appointed to handle all contact with the outside world, except within the Combine. To the leaders of the world, I say greetings and send an invitation to view our nation and the Legions protecting it."

OOC: Crimmond is like Rome of the old Roman Empire. Survivalist Legions and Quarell are like the other provinces of the Empire. Self reliant, but reporting to Rome and transferring any large issue to them.
