As of today, the Empire has the following statistics to post about its size and peoples etc:

Total population of Empire: 11.275 Billion

Colonies [members]: 8

Annexed Colonies [by force]: 0

Declared Allies [non-members]: 4

Imperial Army count: 1/4 of a Billion

Imperial Budget: *Awaiting the ability to work this out!!*

OOC Cool, I'd been wondering how we've been getting along for a few days......as for the GDP, well I could suggest Lapse's calculator, it's my favourite at the moment.....of course that would require a bit of research (population and tax rate for example).....and also that would require knowing how much of our budget is put forward.....but if you need a way of working it out, that's my suggestion.....

OOC: The way to do overall ecconomics is to treat each 'state' seperatly in terms of economy while you figure out what the base 'Imperial Tax Rate'
on each ecconomy and population

So then if the Imperial rate is say 15% then each state gets whatever is over and above that amount in their own tax rate. While the Imperium gets the 15% tax.

That works fairly well, trying to maintain an average GDP is fairly difficult

We have an alliance treaty in effect with Trixia and hope that this can easily be extended to cover the whole Empire.

I think we sould get a forum outside NS were we can discuss the matters of the empire.
