In the south, in one of the many prisoner camp the rebels released several Inner Heaven terrorists to aid them in the attack on several major targets.
The government is in a state of shock since the day it has received word that all prison guards left the south, along with the police force. It's a total chaos in the south and the only law enforcement are the soldiers from Cam III and Axis Nova. We have no idea where they went but we suspect they're not going to leave HP for what it is.

'Freedom...' He whispered to himself as he turned to his remaining brethren.
'We'll need to contact HP officials and our own to let them know what the situation is...'

10 HP officials walked through the jungle trying to find the escapees... They all hoped they would find them and offer them something they just couldn't refuse.
