The rocket buggy is designed to slip in under enemy radar and deliver its payload of warheads quickly, then get out. It is very fast for a ground vehicle, but posesses only minimal defenses against non-stationary or fast-moving targets. Very effective against slow-moving or stationary enemies, though.
