General Address To The International Community

Greetings and salutations! My name is Luther Eisen, and I am Fuhrer of the newly founded Pan-Aryan Reich. I would like to announce that our nation is currently seeking to establish diplomatic relations with other Aryan states. To this purpose, I would like to invite the representatives of interested nations to join me in our capital city, Arya, for an open conference and ball. I hope to hear from you soon.

Aryan states... I'm sorry, there are too many misconceptions and bad stigmas about that term to tell me exactly what you mean by it.

Could you please tell me what an Aryan state is, in your own words?

ooc: I'm using a fictious "Aryan" nation for this country. I'm assuming there is an actual Aryan ethnicity, with their own language, culture, etc. I'm not using Hitler's concept of an Aryan race.

ooc: No, this nation will not be persecuting other races. Think of an introvertive Nazi Germany, and you have the Pan-Aryan Reich.
