I'm looking for new and already established nations to join with "The Empire" and help seize control of this world. The world as we know it now is chaotic and the masses have no idea that they will all die due to there own incompetence, so I have taken it upon myself to create a new world order, encompassed within "The Empire". "The Empire" will consist of many nations working together to form collective power that no will be able to stop. Togehter we shall rule this world and make it in our own image. Without us this world will crumble to its knees.

Do you, the Leader of your Nation, have the vision and determination to join with us? Do you have the strength and power of will to help make this a reality within our time? If you do, join us and help lead our peoples to a new era of Strength and Power the likes of which have not be seen on this world before.

Recently, diplomatic missions of the Dominion of Kotterdam abroad have been contacted by representatives of the Empire of Hirgon, inviting us to join them in a campain to - And I quote - "rule this world and make it in our own image". Our intelligence organs have brought us evidence of similar overtures made to nations across the world. As such, we are moving to a stance of heightened readiness for action against the Empire of Hirgon.

The First, Third, and Twenty-Second Armoured Cavalry Regiments, the Fourteenth Artillery Support Regiment, the Twelfth and Nineteenth Infantry Regiments, and the First Airborne have been brought to full readiness in preparation for possible action against the Empire. In addition, the DNS Akula and her battlegroup have been ordered to international waters in proximity to the Empire with the intention of confining the Empire's naval forces to their territorial waters. This blockade shall remain in place until such a time as the Empire of Hirgon renounces its plans for global domination.
