Welcome to the Commonwealth of Rivendell's Regional Conference. Please make welcome the two honourary representatives present at the meeting, the King of Xeraph and the Queen of Amirastan. Both members should feel free to vote and comment on all issues raised here today.

The primary issue is electing a UN member for the region. The Constitution of the Commonwealth of Rivendell calls for the appointment of only one nation to apply to join the UN - This was done to try and restrict power struggles in the region.

Please us the poll below to vote for a nation from Rivendell to hold the UN status.

Austica also moves that the region become password protected, and that the founder, and /or the UN delegate be the only nation(s) to know the password.

Austica also moves that all members endorse whoever is elected UN Member for the region.

"Greetings to all here! I, Queen Amira Kauthar Al-Nour, of the Sovreign Nation of Amirastan and Leader of the Loyal Region of Lothlorien, agree with the proposal to password the region."
The Queen bows then sits down.

"Greetings. My name is Alaric. I'm King of Xeraph, and Protector of the Xeraphian Federation.

It is with great humility that I stand here in the presence of such dignitaries. I do thank His Majesty, the King of Austica, for the invitation to this conference.

I barely made it here. As you may or may not know, the Xeraphian Federation, the Blood Kings of Carpathya, and the Federated Suns are fighting the Empire of Koth on three fronts. In addition, Xeraph has liberated Wolf Island and Snake Island from the occult forces that had held them in bondage for thousands of years. We are on the verge of taking Isla Elviras as well.
If that were'nt enough, our ally, Jarridia asked for help against a terrorist nation. We complied, and another terrorist organization was subdued.

And at this very hour, we have word that the Koths are advancing upon the borders of Vklan, Carpathyan region, in the amout of approximately 3.5 million soldiers, with armored support.

At any rate , I am here, and I would like to give you a little input as to the discussion.
Our region, Mercenary Lands, is password protected. I did so so as to prevent any unwelcome snooping. No one needs to know your population, or how many nations are in your region. There are too many unfriendly nation in NS. We have had many examples of antagonistic countries trying to undermine our regional members. So I urge you to apply a password to your region.

Austica thanks the two member nations for their participation. It has been decided in a special vote of the council of the chiefton, that both Xeraph and Amirastan are to be both made full members of the Commonwealth.

If ever these nations are rejected from their regions, they can feel free to come to ours, and enjoy all the rights our Commonwealth has to offer.

The Governor General of Endrandorre rises:

"May I first thank our King, His Majesty, Robert the First, whom many do not actually realise is our King.

Enrandorre is a sovereign nation, not connected to Austica. We do however share the head of state, and will continue to for many years to come.

This is why I want to comment on the idea of password protecting our region. It must be done, and it must be done because we must protect our sovereignty, as nations connected through ceremonial links. Allowing nations which we know little about to enter Rivendell would be giving our sovereignty away.

I, on behalf of His Majesty's Enrandorre Government, endorse the proposal to password the region"

I, the Administrator of the Monash Isles do, hereby endorse the proposal to password protect the region and endorse that only the founder be given the password.
