President Daniel N. Jones of Chiggistan has announced a call for help. In a speech before Congress in the Chiggistan capital of Fairlane B.C., Jones delivered a desperate address. "The blockade now being conducted by the evil empire of Hozzreich is beginning to take its toll on our nation and our people. We appreciate all the aid our brothers and sisters have been trying to raise for us through various donations and through the Live Aid concert. However, we fear that this blockade isn't going to end soon. Given the racist comments made by both the Armed Republic of Machakoslovakia and Hozzreich, we fear possible attack from this 'Axis of Weeble'. We desperately hope that our brothers and sisters on the Accursed Isle will pledge their support against the Axis. We are but a peace loving country... what can we stop them with?"

What is it exactly that you need?

more importantly... What are you blockading them with.

im going to attempt to be reasonable here

okay, basically, you are now 3 days old. regardless of what your enemies age and everything is, you could not hold a blockade on any nation. Even if you concentrated your entire budget on naval, you could not have more than 2 or 3 gunships. basically, you would not be able to support a military action yet, expecially if you wanted to keep yourself defended.

Chiggistan is the one being blockaded.

I could be wrong here Lapse...but it seems like Chiggistan is the one being blockaded, not the other way around.

Is it a naval blockade?
