Charlotte: For once I have come to Vigoor to negotiate. Usually, I just demand everything, but those nations that are anti-Nero Belisarius are putting up a lot of resistence. They just keep on sending in more troops.
Charlotte: I would like it if one of those anti-Nero Belisarius nations would explain why they don't want him in power. The country was in a mess, and Nero Belisarius wants to put things right.
