In an early morning bombing raid using several new JS-22 "Hella Tighta" fighter jets, Raczembourg struck a Jimmy-jaskistani N-Bomb weapons facility near the city of Ushtik, about 50 miles from the Raczembourg border. The new JS-22s showered their target with several bombs before returning to Raczembourg.

In a press conference moments later, Prime Minister Charles Racz announced the attack. "They were sassin' us!"

"In the interest of the security of the Lodoss region, our nation has destroyed one of the N-Bomb factories near our border. Given the Jimmy-jaskistani government's recent "test" on Koenigstein and their intent to continue to further use such horrible devices, we decided to strike first," Prime Minister Racz said.

Thousands of citizens of Raczembourg flooded the streets following the bombing of neighboring nation Koenigstein. Koenigstein and Raczembourg have shared strong relations for years.

"We will not stand by and let nations flex their military muscles like so many impetant beach boys," PM Racz continued. "We are also keeping a keen eye on the military blockade currently surrounding Chiggistan. The Chiggistani people are a good people and we stand ready to support them."

President Nicholas Emerson applauded Raczembourg's bombing of the Jimmy-jaskistani N-Bomb weapons facility. "This country will not tolerate the blatant use of such weaponry. N-Bombs are a frightening weapon. No country should ever develop something so horrible."

President Emerson later met with Prime Minister Racz to discuss the blockade surrounding Chiggistan.

"I certainly hope we can settle this crisis with Hozzreich in a peaceful manner." President Emerson said.

President Emerson also cut a deal with Prime Minister Racz to purchase three squadrons of JS-22 "Hella Tighta" fighter jets in the interest of "maintaining peace for both Neo-Emersonia, Raczembourg, and the rest of the region."

The People's Republic of Laneski stood behind Raczembourg's decision to strike against the N-Bomb weapons facility in Jimmy-jaskistan early today. Premiere Nikolai spoke on behalf of his people. "The people were pleased to hear that neighboring nations of our region, like Neo-Emersonia and most notably Raczembourg, show the courage to stand up against fanatic nations like Jimmy-jaskistan."

Both the People's Republic of Laneski and People's Republic of Cwiekoslovakia approved the strike against the facility. Both nations also offered to sit down and talk with their neighboring nations in a possible summit meeting to discuss what to do about the Hozzreich blockade encircling nearby Chiggistan.

"We will be ready, willing, and swift when the time comes for action," Premiere Nikolai said.

Laneski and Cwiekoslovakia both plan to conduct more field manuevers with their new Bread Tanks to ensure their armed forces are ready for any military situation "should one arise".
