So...you have magical tanks with unlimited ammo that are invincible?

the ammo is energy-based and replenishes itself, and the shields are limited....very funny though, jackass....the shield takes about 30 shots of rifle ammo, so just imagine that the vehicles with shields are extra tough....

And err...what is 'rifle ammo'? 7.62mm NATO rounds? 5.56? 5.45 Soviet? An energy weapon of some sort? There are LOTS of rifles, I myself use 7.62 and 8mm. Most modern rifles use 5.56, AK-series mostly use 5.45.
And I would lower the prices a bit, 2 bil. is the going rate for a small capitol starship.
