We wanted our independence, that´s all we wanted, but someone disagreed... the cost? our cost? well, we have lost more than 12,000 people in the whole conflict.

Today, Grunge-France decided to bomb one of our biggest cities: Nietzsche City: We have no airforce, and we have never tried -nor will try- to damage Grunge-French civilians, and what do we get? Grunge-France decided to bomb a highly dense civilian zone.

The people over there had no idea they were going to be attacked: they assumed that, if we never attack civilians in our fight for indepenence, that if we had never fought outside our territory, Grunge-France was going to respect theri lives... big mistake.

403 houses were blew up, along with 1 hospital, 13 elementary schools -kids included-, 4 high schools, food products factories, the water supplies and wells were blocked and contaminated, 2 power plants were destroyed, the roads are destroyed, and 6054 civilians died, inb this coward attack.

We still are not going to target civilians, they do not have the fault for the insensible decissions of their leaders, but we ask the international community to mediate on this issue: we ask for international intervention, all we want is our independence, and we want our civilians, our fathers, our mothers, our kids, our whole community, to live free.

While we condemn this unprovoked bombing of the city, your illegal occupation of part of Grunge-France means we are unable to morally justify truly railing against it - if you weren't attempting to steal land off him and allying with nations that have previously shown terrorist ideals, maybe the government of Grunge-France wouldn't need to take such drastic action.

However, we appeal to Grunge-France not to cause any further unneeded loss of life - there is a line you can cross when action such as this becomes immoral.

The Humanist Republic of Grunge-France has always condemned civilian attacks: The life of an enemy citizens is as valuable as the life of our President.
However, the public pressure on Grunge-France has been enormeous: Our citizens are OUTRAGED by the fact that these Nouveau Volstikian are still claiming authority on lands they have no property, on the lands that we have fought to keep when we got our independence from France.

Our citizens claim that if we had not have such a benevolent possition towards them, that if we had not received them to our nation when their mother nation -Volstik- was in danger because of the communism of Galdania, in a nutshell: that if we had not been altruists, we were not be in this problems.

Nouveau Volstik keeps revolting because they do not take us in serious: we have always supported fair causes, we have always respected the independence of other nations, but Nouveau Volstik confussed this with being afraid of other nations, and that is why Nouveau Volstik is so cocky with us.

We are ashamed for the civilian masacre: Sadly, is Nouveau Volstik with its attitudes the one who make them occur, and we are tired of the Nouveau Volstikian pedantry, our citizens, real owners of that territory, demand us to put an abrupt end to this, and if Nouveau Volstik does not accept that land belongs to Grunge-France, they will face more problems.

Warning us or threatening us without knowing the whole facts is dangerous: We recommed The Zoogie People to do not try us in these moments of military activity all over AoE2 Region: you might find our reaction highly unpleasant for you.

The Federation of JiangGuo will send a team of 20 surgeons, 60 doctors and about 600 associated medical assistants to the affected regions.
We do not support either side in this conflict, JiangGuo only seeks to reduce the suffering inflicted upon the civilians in this conflict.

We do not authorise the offering of medical help: We thank you, but we expect Nietzsche City will fall in our control (check the other nouveau volstik´s thread for the RP war) within a few hours: then we will provide the medical care.

Only New Vladivostok has a permit to work in our territory, supporting our cause.

We are not siding with Nouveau Volstik, nor are we threatening you with military action...we are simply warning you not to target civilians, which to the best of our intelligence is what you were doing...
